Leah Connolly is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer blending folk roots, cinematic acoustic textures, and timeless storytelling. Holding a dual background in mathematics and music performance from Rollins College, the classically trained flutist brings both technical precision and deep artistry to her work. Leah has performed on premier stages across the globe, from Lincoln Center in New York to ACT City Tower in Hamamatsu and Tokyo, Japan.
At the heart of Leah’s music is a lifelong connection to family and heritage. Growing up in the recording studio alongside her father, Bill Connolly, a veteran Tampa Bay morning radio host at Q105 and syndicated cartoonist, she spent years producing bits, arrangements, and original music behind the scenes. That creative partnership culminated in their debut joint release: a rich, evocative instrumental arrangement of the classic "Danny Boy," featuring Leah on flute and her Dad on accordion and acoustic guitar, released in celebration of her Dad’s birthday.
Rooted in her grandfather’s philosophy of “Memories more precious than coins in the purse,” Leah composes and produces from the Azalea Street Collective, crafting uplifting, soulful arrangements that honor the legends in our lives and bridge generations through sound.ription text goes here

Bill Connolly is a broadcast veteran, syndicated cartoonist, and multi-instrumentalist whose creative career spans more than four decades. A cornerstone of Tampa Bay radio history, Connolly’s voice and humor helped define the airwaves across legendary stations including Q105, MIX 96, KISS 100.7, and Oldies 104.7. Behind the board, his sharp wit and ear for parody made him a prolific studio producer of comedy bits, jingles, and musical arrangements.
While best known for his broadcast career and nationally syndicated comic strips, music has always been Connolly’s lifelong pulse. In celebration of his 71st birthday, he officially stepped into the spotlight as a recording artist alongside his daughter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Leah Connolly. Their debut joint release, a rich, evocative instrumental arrangement of the traditional classic "Danny Boy,” features Bill on accordion and acoustic guitar alongside Leah’s expressive flute.
Brimming with vintage charm, warmth, and timeless melody, Bill’s foray into recorded music proves that creative passion knows no clock, and that it’s never too late to start a band with family.on text goes here
