All of this 90s nostalgia has me flashing back to a few of my favorite memories.
Welcome to Slogansville.
I remember this vividly. In 8th Grade, we were assigned a creative writing project for English class with Mrs. Durant. I loved every moment of this project and definitely took it over the top. One of the pages was called Slogansville. The prompt was to create a billboard and have all of your classmates add their own personal marketing slogan. All of them were a play on our own names and totally capture each personality.

Having Mrs. Durant as our homeroom teacher was pretty rad. We had a balloon project where you could order balloons to be delivered to your friend, son or daughter for their birthday or a special celebration. Nothing says 90s more than glitter balloons, curly ribbon bows and handwritten cards being delivered to you at your desk.
