Leah recorded the ocean and #fallingwater films on our travels to see family. The piano composition was a first take, recorded by accident while we harmonized and played the keyboard together. We learn and create with each other as we both have different musical talents, but combined seem to make some wonderful music.
We will be filming a bunch the next few weeks while we prepare to record for the (Living) places that most inspire and heal us. What set this idea off was after Maggie Rogers last concert in 2019. We drove from Colorado in our Subaru and packed picnic baskets for snacks along the way. I felt some peace from the music and wondered if we could find our music together.....after a very tough year seems like a miracle but so does being healthy again...
